Although I specialise in many physical disciplines, I believe in mind-body classes for their powerful benefits to health, excellent physical function, and well-being. My approach is supportive and empowering, encouraging improvement through offering approachable exercise, and giving positive individual feedback.
I also offer 1-1 Personal Training sessions. This is the fastest way to see targeted & individual progression.
These can include full physical postural, flexibility and muscular balance and body composition assessments. We discuss & can set measurable goals and I curate bespoke plans for individuals to address their specific needs to reach positive outcomes in just 4 weeks.’
